I enjoy working with individuals who are struggling with a variety of concerns including worry, grief, loss, sadness, low self-esteem, perinatal issues, and life transitions.
Every person has their own story and every day I am grateful that individuals feel safe enough to share their story with me.
I will meet you wherever you are on your journey from a warm & non-judgmental place, and approach each session with open communication, reflection, and empathy.

Asking for help can feel daunting, even for me. However, from vulnerability can come an abundance of self-growth, better boundary setting, and empowerment. Remember, it’s a marathon, not a sprint --- self work will take time, but you’ve made it this far, so keep going.
Outside of my work, I love spending time with my husband, our children, and our animal crew. I am a lover of the outdoors and an avid baker. I love the Great British Baking Show and have a dream of opening a small pop-up bakery one day.
I’m thankful you are allowing me to be a part of your journey. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out to me at allison@sequoiatherapygroup.com or by using our contact form.
