I love working with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, low self-worth, grief, trauma, and co-dependency. I find that regardless of what is troubling clients, most people who reach out to me are feeling stuck in one way or another and they’re just not sure how to find their way out.
Meeting someone at a time when they feel lost and helpless and seeing them move slowly toward a place of empowerment, growth, and change is the reason I became a therapist and why this work is so unbelievably rewarding.
I’m proud of the outcomes I’ve seen with clients. I believe in authenticity, kindness, accountability, being direct, and humor.

A lot of people never do, so the fact that you’re even here reading this is a testament to your own resilience and desire for change! There’s no need to feel shame or embarrassment about where you might be right now.
I’ve been there and a lot of other people have too. Things will start to feel different once you come in and talk to someone who can help.
Outside of work, I enjoy being with my people which includes my husband, kids, family, and friends.
I love to cook, travel, try out new restaurants, exercise, and play with my dogs.
And when my husband isn’t home, I’ve been known to binge really bad reality tv because we all have guilty pleasures, right?
