I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with clients 13 years old and up that are struggling with trauma and dissociation as they find healing. I am an existential counselor. I believe that there are many things in life that draw us away from who we are. My goal for my clients in therapy is to help them become their authentic genuine self.
At the start of my career, I worked with court-ordered individuals who struggled with substance abuse and in two school districts with young people and the challenges they face daily. In this, I have experience treating those who struggle with anxiety, trauma, C-PTSD, and high dissociation including DID. I also have experience working with trafficking survivors, domestic violence, and rape survivors.

I saw many in pain. From 2002 to 2009 I worked in youth residential facilities with those who struggled with their trauma. Then, a drunk driver ran into me and caused 4 mini strokes that left me disabled. Spending a year learning how to walk correctly again and working through my own experiences I discovered that I wanted to learn how to walk with those experiencing their own struggles. I earned my Masters in Mental Health Counseling and focused on trauma and dissociation.
Outside of work I live with my wife and five children. I find balance through my church and my faith. I enjoy hiking, exploring, reading, philosophy, astronomy, cultures, and history.
