I love working with adults navigating big life transitions and change, relationship struggles, anxiety, burnout, healing from religious or spiritual trauma/abuse, or an evolving faith and spirituality. Most of the people who reach out to me feel stuck—like they’ve outgrown old patterns but aren’t sure how to step into what’s next. They’re often in a season of exploring who they are and what they need.
Meeting someone in that tender place and watching them grow in self-love, confidence, and connection is why I do this work. Watching clients reclaim their voice, reconnect to their body, and move toward calm, clarity, and self-trust is truly a joy. I’m grounded, curious, and collaborative—and I deeply believe in the healing power of being truly seen and supported. I believe in compassion, curiosity, directness, intuition, and holding space with both softness and strength.

So if you’re here reading this—pause and give yourself some credit. You’re already listening to the part of you that’s ready for more. There’s nothing broken about you. You’re in the process of becoming. And I’d be honored to walk with you as you find your way forward.
Outside of work, I love being present in nature and allowing it to nourish me. I find joy in movement and many forms of dance, getting lost in a good novel, and spending quality time with my partner, nephews, family, and friends. I also appreciate laughter, rest, meaningful conversation, and yes—even the occasional binge of reality TV.
