Whatever stage of life you’re in, you’ve likely encountered challenges and joys that have contributed to and shaped who you are today. I work with adults and older adults to build self-awareness of your mental health and develop skills for navigating effectively through the ups and downs of everyday life.
I strive to create a warm, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported as we explore your concerns and your hopes for the future. As a generalist, I primarily work with clients experiencing anxiety disorders and symptoms of depression, as well as individuals struggling with individualism, communication, and boundaries. Whatever you’ve been holding, therapy is a safe place to turn to process how you want to carry forward.

Yes! Erica is accepting new clients. If you would like to get started, reach out through the contact form.
We’ll start to recognize your unique strengths and uncover the beliefs and patterns that guide your actions and perceptions. Through this process, I hope to offer curiosities and skills that draw attention to your goals and intentions and empower your healing. You’ll find that I value curiosity, openness, and flexibility, and a good dose of humor. As someone who shares lived experience with mental health conditions, I am empathetic to how hard it is to engage openly with therapy, and yet how powerful it is to experience healing.
In my free time, I am typically found cycling through hobbies including tennis, reading, and spending time with the people and pets in my life. I value being my authentic self wherever I go, and I hope you’ll feel invited to do the same in our work together.
If you have questions or just want to know more about what therapy is and how it might benefit you, please reach out by emailing me at erica@sequoiatherapygroup.com or by using our contact form.
