I focus on working with women throughout the reproductive lifespan. Whether you are family planning, trying to conceive, experiencing infertility or pregnancy loss, pregnant, postpartum, or mothering, my office is the right place for you. I strive to create a space where women and moms can be themselves, verbalize their fears, and work through their challenges.
I believe in a strong therapeutic relationship and meeting my clients as they are, messy bun or full make up, come as you are.
I couple my experience and education in child development, social work and perinatal mental health to provide a well balanced, non-judgemental approach to therapy.

We will explore the identity shift and find yourself again in the process. We will process the fertility journey, birth trauma, and the fourth trimester and see you on the other side of motherhood. It doesn’t get easier, but it gets different, and learning how to cope with the stages of hard that is parenting makes all the difference.
As a mom of 4 littles, I am a ring leader of chaos outside of the office.
If I’m not playing chauffeur or on the sidelines of the soccer field, I enjoy DIY projects and home decor, exercise, listening to psychological thrillers anytime I’m in the car without tiny humans, and staying up way too late at night for some alone time.
If you have questions or just want to know more about what therapy is and how it might benefit you, please reach out by emailing me at emily@sequoiatherapygroup.com or by using our contact form.
